Our containers are made from high-quality borosilicate glass and are designed to withstand both hot and cold temperatures. However, glass may weaken over time if exposed to sudden temperature changes or physical impact.

To help extend the lifespan of your container:
Allow frozen containers to thaw naturally before heating.
Leave sufficient space when freezing liquids.
Avoid placing hot glass directly onto metal or other cold surfaces.
Inspect the container for chips or cracks before each use.
Remove the plastic lid before microwaving or oven use. The lid is heat-resistant up to 120°C, but heating it is not recommended.

If your container arrives with any manufacturing defects or visible cracks, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
