Glass Care & Usage

Borosilicate glass is designed to withstand both hot and cold temperatures. However, like all glass products, improper handling may lead to damage over time.

For best results:

• Allow frozen containers to thaw naturally before heating.
• Leave sufficient space when freezing liquids to allow for expansion.
  
• Avoid sudden temperature changes.
  
• Do not place hot glass directly onto metal or wet surfaces.
  
• Always inspect the container for chips or cracks before use.
  
• Remove the PP lid before microwaving. The lid is heat-resistant up to 120°C, but should not be used during microwave heating.
  
• Do not use over direct flame or on induction cooktops.
  
• If you notice any manufacturing defects upon receiving your order, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
